Please be aware that it is impossible to cut fresh fish in exactly 1 lb increments, so that the final weight of your order may vary (Typical variance is within 0.2 lbs of your specified order) Whole Cooked Dungeness Crabs range in size from 1.75-2.5 lbs.

A Family Affair

EDISON BROS FISH is the story of us, the three Edison brothers: Jake, Sam, and Max. Our father, Pete, has swum in the fish industry for over 30 years and he introduced us to various fresh and delicious seafood from birth. When we were young, Pete was General Manager of two different fish processing companies and we practically grew up in those fish plants. We've taken countless trips up and down the Oregon Coast, visiting fish plants, boat basins, and seafood markets all along the way.

The net effect of all that fish exposure is our profound respect for Oregon commercial fisheries, as well as an avid enjoyment of the finfish and shellfish of Oregon. EDISON BROS FISH is a result of our desire to pass on that love for fresh, local Oregon Coast seafood that our father instilled in us to the people who matter most, our customers.
